No-Show Policy
$150 Fee applies to:
• Non-emergent cancellation within 24 hours
• Arriving 20+ minutes late to appointment
• No-show without notice
Overbook Fee
If an urgent appointment is requested by the patient and no openings are available, depending on the circumstances, the office day may be extended to accommodate this visit. An overbook fee of $100 will be offered to the patient.
A $150 deposit and Credit Card on file is required to reserve a self-pay appointment.
